I started early. As a childhood actor on an Emmy Award-winning program in Atlanta, I learned before most people learn to drive that the difference between holding a room and losing one comes down to a few precise choices.
I spent the next twenty years proving it in the business world. As a business development executive and client educator at Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney, Citigroup, and The Capital Group, I saw firsthand what separates the professionals who win the room from the ones who lose it — and it rarely came down to the quality of their ideas.
That insight became my life's work. As founder of Asher Consulting, and formerly as Executive Coach at Speechworks and Adjunct Lecturer at Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business, I have helped executives, teams, and MBA students communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact.
